{"id":977,"date":"2017-02-08T16:25:24","date_gmt":"2017-02-08T15:25:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cftc-dartyidf.fr\/?page_id=977"},"modified":"2017-02-08T16:25:24","modified_gmt":"2017-02-08T15:25:24","slug":"le-conge-maternite","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cftc-dartyidf.fr\/index.php\/le-conge-maternite\/","title":{"rendered":"Le cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La salari\u00e9e enceinte doit remettre \u00e0 son employeur, avec accus\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception, un certificat m\u00e9dical attestant de son \u00e9tat de grossesse indiquant la date pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e de son accouchement ainsi que , s\u2019il y a lieu, l\u2019existence et la dur\u00e9e de son \u00e9tat pathologique (d\u00e9claration de grossesse avant la fin du 3\u00e8me mois \u00e0 la CPAM et \u00e0 la CAF).<\/p>\n<p>La salari\u00e9e qui ne peut pas continuer \u00e0 tenir son emploi habituel et occupe momentan\u00e9ment, apr\u00e8s avis d\u2019aptitude du m\u00e9decin du travail, un autre poste ne subit pas de r\u00e9duction de salaire ni de coefficient.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de la r\u00e9ception par l\u2019employeur du certificat m\u00e9dical attestant l\u2019\u00e9tat de grossesse, la salari\u00e9e enceinte ne pourra se voir imposer de travailler en nocturne.<\/p>\n<p>La salari\u00e9e sera autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 arriver 1\/4 d\u2019heure plus tard et \u00e0 quitter 1\/4 d\u2019heure plus t\u00f4t par jour sans perte de salaire.
